About Joy
Joy’s work can be found in collections throughout the US and Europe. Her formal art education includes a BA in Art from Northeastern University and an MA from the University of Tulsa. She taught Art in Tulsa Public Schools for many years and since retirement has devoted her energy to fine arts painting as a profession.

Joy's Art
Joy creates two-dimensional nonobjective and abstract images that include painted hand-woven paper and mixed media collages using beads, threads and feathers. She enjoys experimenting with various materials, opening herself up to any elements that become an inspiration. |
